About me
I am an enthusiastic and innovative Postdoctoral Researcher at the Teagasc Food Research Centre, Ireland, with a passion for exploring the science behind food and driving sustainable innovation. My research intersects food science, computational modeling, and sustainability, focusing on the development of smart, energy-efficient, and data-driven food processing technologies.
I actively contribute to the scientific community as a Guest Editor for Frontiers in Sustainable Food Systems and regularly participate in international conferences and collaborations. I have authored 18 peer-reviewed research articles, a book chapter, and have presented my work at various international conferences—I enjoy translating complex research into practical insights and real-world applications.
Here on Science Edge Zone, I aim to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world applications. Alongside sharing groundbreaking food science insights, I also focus on professional growth tips for students and early-career researchers, helping them navigate academic life, skill-building, and innovation. I believe that science should be accessible to all—not just within the academic circle. Whether you’re a student, a fellow researcher, or simply a curious mind, I am excited to share knowledge, spark ideas, and make science both useful and inspiring.
